The Lee County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) desires to contract with a qualified Vendor for contingency solid waste transfer hauling and unloading services from County operated Solid Waste facilities. The Vendor will transport Solid Waste materials from Solid Waste facilities to include, Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), Construction and Demolition Debris (C&D), Horticulture (Vegetative Waste), Waste Tires, and Single Stream Recycling to a designated Lee County owned disposal or recycling facility on an “as needed” basis in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
