Estimate: $1,929,313.33 + WSST
Remove existing EPDM and Modified Bitumen roofs and replace them with new SBS-Modified Bitumen roofing, including PMMA liquid-applied flashing, sheet metal flashing and coping, and new insulation to achieve a minimum R Value of R-38.
