Cortland County, New York is soliciting proposals for a County-Wide Housing Conditions Survey to cover the entire County. The results of this Housing Conditions Survey (HCS) will help decision - makers, stakeholders and community members develop a meaningful sense of the residential housing conditions that exist across the County and an understanding of key housing issues. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
