The project consists of constructing a 1,960 SF single story Annex Building at the water treatment plant located at 604 Cottonwood Street. The work includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, permits, staking survey and incidentals for the construction of the reinforced cast in place concrete foundation, prefabricated metal building, concrete site work, subgrade utility work, interior metal stud partitions, gypsum board and painting, suspended ceilings, electrical, plumbing and mechanical work, doors and hardware, and casework, as well as alarm and specialty equipment services. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing a complete and functional facility in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
