Mechanical (HVAC): Selective duct and piping demolition, new HVAC equipment and controls, new duct and pipe distribution. Plumbing & Fire Protection: Selective plumbing demolition, New Plumbing fixtures for bathrooms and kitchens, new piping. Each bid shall be submitted as one paper original and be accompanied by Bid Security (bid bond, certified check, official bank check) or a Letter of Credit (in a form agreeable to Dutchess County) in the amount of 10% of the bid amount.
