The Work in the Electrical Contract consists of all Work required to complete the Project except that Work which has been specifically assigned to another Contractor.The Electrical Contract also includes all Work shown on the Electrical drawings, inclusive of any related Work shown on Architectural, Mechanical, and Structural series drawings.The Electrical Contract includes all Work specified in Divisions 1 and 16, inclusive of any related Work specified in Divisions 1 through 15. Furnish, deliver, install, test and place into service all devices, including service switchgear, motor controls, panel boards, data cabling and terminations, and other items specified herein. Electrical connections, hookups and disconnects for all equipment provided by the General Contractor and the HVAC Contractor. The Work in the HVAC Contract consists of all Work required to complete the Project except that Work which has been specifically assigned to another Contractor. The HVAC Contract also includes all Work shown on the Mechanical drawings, inclusive of any related Work shown on Architectural, Structural, and Electrical drawings. The HVAC Contract includes all Work specified in Divisions 1 and 15, inclusive of any related Work specified in Divisions 1 through 9 and 16. Furnish, deliver, install, test and place into service all devices, including complete HVAC systems with all equipment and appurtenances required for installation and other items specified herein.
