The Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida will receive sealed bids from qualified licensed contractors for the construction of CR197A Jay / Spring Street Sidewalks. This work includes the construction of approximately 2,600 LF of sidewalk and 1,160 LF of storm drain. Also included are minor street and driveway patching, clearing and grubbing, minor ditch grading, 1,410 LF of gravity retaining wall with aluminum railing, and appurtenances as shown on the project plans and by the project manuals. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
