rovide all labor at State Prevailing Wage Rates, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to perform the work that includes Bathroom Building Repairs - Repair broken plumbing to toilet and urinal in Men's Room and reattach to wall, patch cracks, scrape and prepare surfaces for repainting interior and exterior of building, paint with 2 coats of paint; Kiosk & Shade Structures - Scrape, wash and prepare shelters surface for repainting, repaint with 2 coats of paint; Remove and replace 1 picnic shade structure roof (30" x 20ft); Sidewalk Repair - Demolish and haul away existing 5ft. wide sidewalk approx. 65 LF., Pour and install replacement sidewalk, 4-inch thick 4,000 PSI concrete, Install 11'6" by 1ft x 1ft continuous footing with rebar for sidewalk hand rail (provided by District), Install District supplied hand rail as indicated and per pictures. Prevailing wages. Bonds required.
