CalState Fresno is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to enter into a job order contract for a collection of detailed repair and construction tasks and specifications that have established unit prices. lt is placed with the "Contractor" for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. Work is accomplished by means of issuance of individual job orders against the JOC. Under the JOC concept, the Contractor furnishes all management, documentation, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work. A JOC awarded under this solicitation will have a minimum value of $0.00 and a maximum value of $1,000,000.00, within the term of the contract with the option to increase to the maximum of $3,000,000.00, within the term of the contract. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
