Modifications to the existing CTAE Tech Labs at Otwell, Riverwatch, South Forsyth and Vickery Creek Middle Schools (4 Total). Modifications include removal of classroom wall, millwork with flooring replacement, data and electrical access. The Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis by Base Bid plus Selected Alternates. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after Bid opening, except as otherwise expressly provided by applicable law. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Owner will provide the forms of all bonds.
