Work of this Project is described as Roof Replacement of CTM building and the Biotech building. The new roofs will be two-ply modified bitumen with new insulation over the existing roof decks. Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis. All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of the University, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid for the complete work; such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a contract, will promptly enter into a contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond as provided by law and approved by the attorney for the University. The Performance bond shall be equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
