This project includes the removal and replacement of failed culvert pipes at two separate, individual locations: Waterbury Ave at C39 and Freehold Ave at C-41R. Construction of these projects are all turn-key and will include all aspects of work including but not limited to: removal of existing failed culvert(s), furnish and install 11’ x 8’ box culverts at the each location, and all associated material, equipment, labor, maintenance of traffic, mobilization, erosion control, clearing and grubbing, excavation, dewatering, demolition, de-mucking, disposal of unusable materials, new fill, base rock under pipe and roadway, compaction of fill, stabilization, testing, restoration of road including pavement installation, procurement and installation of selected structures, utility conflict coordination and relocations, final clean up, sodding of disturbed areas, temporary and final thermoplastic striping, as-built plans, permits and permit notification of start and closure as applicable as per the provided construction plans and specifications provided. No additional compensation shall be provided for the work specified in the plans scope and specification provided therein.
