Dutchess County Department of Public Works is seeking proposals form qualified consulting engineering firms to perform in-service safety and condition inspections of County owned culverts in accordance with the latest edition of the New York State Department of Transportation Bridge Inspection Manual. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to enable the County to conduct a qualifications and cost based selection of interested engineering firms.
