The City of Cumming, hereby requests BIDS for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the City of Cumming Stormwater Improvements. The City of Cumming – Stormwater Improvements includes the following, furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and all appurtenances necessary for the completion of the work for: Oakwood: Installation of 385 LF of 18-inch and 15-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) storm drain with associated drop inlet, weir and outfall structures and relocation of 180 LF of 8-inch DIP sanitary sewer line, one service lateral, and related sanitary sewer manhole. Outfall structures include surge stone outfall protection. Magnolia: Improvements to area drainage culverts by installation of 80 LF of 18-inch RCP, 45 LF of 24-inch RCP, 30 LF of 10-inch DIP and outfall headwalls with energy dissipation for the larger storm lines. Mary Alice: Re-route flow for an existing 18-inch outfall by installation of 230 LF of 18-inch RCP storm line within the right-of-way. New storm drain will connect into the existing storm drainage.
