The project consists of the following major items of construction: 1. Basic Bid a. Removal and disposal (complete tear-off) of existing roofing materials on the building roofs. b. Replacement of the main roofing with approximately 9,600 of Built-Up Hot Mopped Roofing over protection board over rigid insulation. c. Replacement of the shed roof with approximately 130 sf of asphalt shingle system. Replacement of existing skylight with new skylight. d. Modification and construction of roof drains and overflows per plans. e. See bidding documents for other miscellaneous items and work as required.
