The City of Hurst is soliciting sealed bids to award an annual agreement for Custodial Service for various City owned facilities located throughout the City. The successful Custodial Contractor (primary Contractor) shall provide this service throughout the year Provide custodial service; empty all waste and recycling containers and remove to waste collection dumpsters; clean and wipe dry all dirty waste containers with disinfectant cleaning solution; vacuum all carpeted areas; spot clean carpets as needed to remove liquid spills. 1 year contract with option to renew for 4 additional 1 year.
