All custodial/janitorial work to be performed under this proposal shall consist of furnishing all equipment, tools, labor, supervision, and insurance necessary to perform this contract. The use of county equipment and cleaning supplies is strictly prohibited. Santa Rosa County will provide the paper products, trash liners, hand soap and the metered scent dispensers needed to supply the offices and restrooms.
