The successful bidder shall furnish all supervision, labor, material, equipment, tools, chemicals, supplies and incidentals (with the exception of consumable goods as specified herein) necessary to properly perform the services defined in the contract and shall be taken into consideration and incorporated into the monthly price bid for each location/service. Consumable goods shall be provided by the successful bidder at the awarded price per square foot,perlot. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
