The Vista Irrigation District is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide Clearing, grubbing and earthwork, construction of reinforced concrete slope paving (shotcrete), construction of mechanically stabilized earth retaining wall, installation of appurtenances and site restoration, complete with all services and incidental work, procurement of permits, and coordination with the District and jurisdictional agencies. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
