CONTRACTOR will provide, perform, and complete all necessary work, labor, services, transportation, equipment, materials, apparatus, machinery, tools, fuels, gas, electric, water, waste disposal, information, data and other means and items necessary to accomplish the Project at the Work Site, including measures for sediment control, storm water management, and waste disposal, in compliance with this Contract. CONTRACTOR is required to perform all Work specified in the Contract Documents and reasonably inferable from these Documents as being necessary to produce the intended results. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
