Demolition existing exterior Stucco on the building; remove exterior stucco walls, re-sheath exterior wall, and install sheet metal walls and 3 feet stone veneer at bottom of exterior wall. Redesign front entry door-way, replace windows and replace bay doors with auto open and close. Replace all entry and exit doors to swing outwards.
