The Contractor shall remove all demolition and debris as previously described, cut/fill the limits of demolition area and restore the sub-grade to match the existing grade utilizing clean certified fill dirt, fine grade the area to a flat level surface, and install Bahia sod to complete. All sidewalks and brick paths shall be removed. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
