Demolition and removal of all structures, accessory structures, well/pump houses, old fencing, walls, signs, foundations, basements, pools, footings, walkways, steps and slabs on the parcel -All costs associated with the abatement of all identified Asbestos Containing Materials by a licensed contractor -Contractor shall obtain at his/her expense all required permits, licenses, bonds, insurance, reports, designs, engineering and/or inspections. -Removal of all rubbish, trash and debris, tall weeds, tall grass and undergrowth from the entire site including cut limbs, logs, downed trees and organic debris piles. -Disposal of all debris at approved landfills or processing sites -Unless specified, asphalt or concrete parking surfaces and driveways are to remain -If necessary, approved fill must be added to bring excavated areas to the grade of the existing lot -Disturbed areas of the lot must be smooth and graded to allow for proper natural drainage
