The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary for the demolition of structures and clean-up of property in various locations within unincorporated Bay County. These services may include the demolition and disposal of the main structure, removal of footings, slabs and asphalt pavement driveways, including the lime rock base, fences, debris and other undesirable objects. The County will go through the process of securing approval for demolition and/or clean-up of the property before contacting the Contractor.
