Project description: Construct a 24’ x 48’ foundation and utility infrastructure for an Atlas Educator Series Greenhouse. Project will provide an Additive Alternate for the erection and installation of the Greenhouse and as more particularly set forth. The Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis by Base Bid with Selected Alternates. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after Bid opening, except as otherwise expressly provided by applicable law. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. The Owner will provide the forms of all bonds.
