The Meritage Homes of Texas, LLC is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide Spring Brook Village: Amenity Center. The project is in the City of Houston, Harris County. The site may be reached by taking Interstate 10 west and exit Gessner Road. Proceed north on Gessner Road approximately 1 mile to Kemp Forest Drive. Turn right, and you will arrive once you reach the intersection of Teague Road. The Amenity Center at Spring Brook Village will serve as the community clubhouse for the neighborhood development. The design and construction of this project will include: a playground, splash pad, shade structure, furniture, putting green, retaining walls, lighting, planting and irrigation. The Amenity Center building, pool, signage and parking lot will be constructed by Others. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Prevailing wages apply.
