The Lavaca Navidad River Authority is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to design and build a new, 8,600 SF (over all footprint) single story education facility with a mechanical mezzanine located at the Texana Park (46 Park Road 1, Edna, Texas 77957). The construction consists of, but not limited to, cast-in-place concrete foundation, wood framing and pre-fabricated trusses, metal roof panel assembly, concrete site work, subgrade utility improvements, aluminum storefront assembly, electrical, mechanical and plumbing, cast stone and cement fiber siding exterior finishes, painting and various interior finishes, such and tile, wood paneling, and suspended ceilings. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
