The Effingham County Board of Commissioners (“ECBOC”, owner) is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing design build construction services for five (5) metal buildings for various departments across the County. Firms that respond to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), and who are determined by the Effingham County Board of Commissioners or their agents, to be sufficiently qualified, may be: deemed eligible, invited to interview, and invited to offer bids for these services. The project consists of construction of five (5) metal buildings of various sizes. Size and location of the buildings will be discussed during the mandatory pre-submittal meeting. A brief description of the buildings requested is as follows: Guyton FD #13, 50’ x 65’ (approximate) Metal structure,Two (2) Fire Engine bays with living quarters, Associated pavement. South Effingham FD #8; 55’ x 45’ metal structure (approximate), Two (2) Fire Engine bays, Refurbish existing building, Associated pavement.
