The County of Madera, hereinafter “County”, on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, is seeking a Design-Build Entity (D-BE) to provide a “ turnkey” “Hall of Justice” Office Facility with financing/lease-back options. The site is located at the intersections of West 7th Street, between South “G” and “H” Streets in Madera, California. The new office building will accommodate Adult Probation and District Attorney Departments. The County is currently requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified D-BE’s to design, construct and possibly finance (through a /lease back) this facility to the County, with buy-out options. Q&A due by 05/17/19 at 4Pm. Prevailing wages.
