Engineering and design (including site surveys, construction plans and permitting) and the construction of the rehabilitation, expansion, and of improvement of an existing manufacturing building now containing approximately 40,000 square feet as a facility for manufacturing, distributing, and warehousing louvered structures. Construction includes but not limited to all site work illustrated and defined in the Preliminary Drawings. The work to be awarded includes structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, design and construction of the Project, as described in the RFP, the Preliminary Specifications and the Preliminary Drawings.
