The scope of work is to furnish Design Build Services for Central M.S. Central Energy Plant as outlined in the Sales Surtax funded list and other ancillary services that may be requested for the use of The School Board of Brevard County, Florida (School Board). It also includes providing a new packaged central energy plant including two chillers, two cooling towers, pumps, tanks, condenser water piping and related electrical. Alternates for chiller redundancy, a central energy plant building and chilled water storage are also included. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
