The City intends to select a design-build firm to provide the following services the construction of a New Fire Station (No.63). The scope of work is for Vertical/Architectural design-build shall include, but shall not be limited to the following design, permitting, and construction elements necessary for a new Fire Station, site improvements and associated miscellaneous work. The Exhibits are only available on CD and must be picked up from 214 N. Hogan Street, Suite 105 only one (1) per company.
