The City of Conroe is inviting statements of qualifications for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide design/build services for the development and construction of an upper upscale, full-service hotel and convention center of approximately 210,022 gross square feet including approximately 252 guestrooms, approximately 41,610 net square feet of ballroom, meeting, and pre-function space, ancillary infrastructure, and structured and surface parking (collectively, the “Project”) located on approximately 7.5 acres of land owned by the City in the Grand Central Park Development within the corporate limits of the City. Bonds required with a bonding capacity in excess of 80,000,000 dollars.
