Weber County is inviting proposals for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide architectural and engineering design services (phases I & II) and construction services (phase III) to complete interior space for occupancy, for the second floor of the Weber-Morgan Health Department Annex Building located at 455 23rd Street, Ogden, UT. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single contractor. The work includes the following general tasks. 1. Entry/Foyer Area 2. Large multi-purpose meeting room, minimum of 800 sqft.3. 2 Meeting / Collaboration rooms, minimum of 200 sqft. each 4. A minimum of 4 office spaces 5. Areas for placement of cubicles or work stations, - the desire is to create work spaces for 25-35 employees on the second floor 6. Kitchen/Break room 7. Approximately 700 square feet of storage area 8. Code Compliant Restrooms – men’s & women’s 9. A work room/area with cabinets and counter tops, copy machine & printers
