The City of Leander is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the removal of all sediment, debris, and unwanted vegetation within the sand filter basin and splitter box. Additionally, all sand filter media, gravel, and filter fabric within the sand filter basins are to be removed and restored to the originally designed condition. PVC underdrain pipes and cleanouts are to be flushed/jetted and cleaned. Pond maintenance work is proposed for 3 ponds as a base bid. Additionally, bid alternates include the maintenance of an additional 2 ponds in the City of Leander. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Time to complete is 120 Calendar days.
