Dekalb County

Owner Reference: RFP20-501

Bid Date: 02/24/2020 at 12:00pm

Removal of 65 existing cameras. 27 of the cameras being removed are not being replaced. For those, removal will also include the identification of the cabling to them, termination with a biscuit block jack if not already in place, and labelling. A listing of those jacks will be provided by the vendor to CSD IS staff as part of the close out documentation. For the remaining 38 cameras, they will be replaced with a new camera as detailed below. Once removed, the cables for them should be tested, have a biscuit block jack installed if not already in place, and be labelled. A listing of those jacks will also be provided by the vendor to CSD IS staff as part of the close out documentation. Once removed, the cameras will be moved by the vendor to an off-site storage location designated by CSD staff. They may be stored on site temporarily so they can all be moved at one time to the off-site facility. Some of the removals will require the use of a lift that will need to be provided by the vendor. Vendor will also be responsible for providing floor protection under the lift, such as plywood sheets, if necessary. Purchase, installation, and configuration of 69 interior cameras that meet the following minimum specifications: 1080p video capability with 2-megapixel resolution sensor. Day and night functionality. Variable focus lens with remote focusing. Installation of cameras. Installation of new Category 6 cabling where needed. Installation of wireless equipment in the stadium to connect scoreboard cameras. Configuration of new cameras on existing Exact vision servers. All camera angles and views must be signed off on by school administrators.
