The scope of work includes removing large volumes of disaster‐generated debris from a large area in a timely and cost‐effective manner and lawfully disposing of all debris according to FEMA regulations. The successful proposer(s) (CONTRACTOR) must be capable of assembling, directing, and managing a work force that can successfully complete the debris removal and disposal operations according to all applicable rules and regulations. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
