The scope of work is to assemble sufficient resources to remove large volumes of disaster-generated debris from a large area in a timely and cost-effective manner and lawfully dispose of all debris according to FEMA regulations. Debris removal will generally be limited to debris in, upon, or brought to public streets and roads, right-of-ways, municipal properties and facilities, and other public sites. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
