25 Building Probation Services Resource Center Renovation 18-00005 CCB Probation Services 6th Floor Tenant Improvement 18-00015 CCB District Court 5th Floor Courtroom Build-Out18-00038 BASIC WORK: The project consists of renovations and tenant infills to two floors of the County-City Building (CCB) located at 930 Tacoma Avenue South, and the first floor of the 925 Building located at 925 Tacoma Avenue South as described in the Contract Documents. The work proposed includes all the necessary *permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items to construct improvements to the projects located at addresses noted above. Work generally includes construction, demolition, architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing renovations, and hazardous material removal. ADDITIVE BIDS ARE ALSO REQUESTED: Project #: 18-00005 925 Building Renovation Project Alternate 1: wall cabinets installed above base cabinets in room 103, as described in the Contract Documents. Project #: 18-00005 925 Building Renovation Project Alternate 2: replace ceramic wall tile with FRP in toilet rooms 120, 121, 125, and 126, as described in the Contract Documents. Project #: 18-00015 CCB Probation Services TI Alternate 1: demolition and renovation of the existing CCB 6th Floor District Court Reception Transaction Windows and Work areas, as described in the Contract Documents. Project #: 18-00038 CCB District Court 5th Floor Build-Out Alternate 1: interior improvements to existing unoccupied space within the walls constructed as part of the Base Bid, creating four Interview Rooms and a Multipurpose Room, as described in the Contract Documents. * Pierce County will pay any fees directly for the General Building Permit with Plan Review for this project. The Contractor is responsible for any specialty permits required for this project and shall include such fees in his bid.
