The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and management is requesting proposals for the construction of the new Science, Engineering & Technology Building at Dixie State University in St. George. The 120,000 GSF Science, Engineering & Technology Building at Dixie State University will include labs and classroom spaces including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geo Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Technology and Computer labs as well as faculty offices and other support spaces. This project also includes the demotion of the existing Performing Arts Building and the demolition and repaving of the existing Whitehead Education Building. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
