Participants shall meet (promptly at 9am) at the loading dock off Hildebrand Hall, UCB Campus, Berkeley, CA 94720.
The Latimer Hall Fan and supply air renovation project will include the replacement of two existing supply air fans, preheat coil banks and refurbishment of the existing filter banks. The work will require completion of the demolition and construction during a specific time period during which the building will be unoccupied. Limited access to the space will require the use of knockdown equipment and rigging of demolished equipment and new equipment through the outdoor air intake areaway and filter bank areas removed for equipment removal and installation. Certified balance testing and documentation of the system will be required for confirmation of fan performance to reset the airflows to current values.
