The California Department of General Services is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide HVAC Replacement services at the Santa Rosa DMV. The project includes the replacement of existing rooftop multi-zone HVAC unit, rooftop chiller, rooftop boiler, pumps, piping and all associated accessories, and removal of ice storage tanks located in the Mechanical Yard. Furnish and install new supply diffusers and return registers. Furnish and install a new Energy Management System (EMS) with remote monitoring and control. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
