Bidder shall furnish all things necessary to provide dog parks including, but not limited to labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, administrative cost (direct and indirect) and all effort necessary to perform and complete the specifications herein this ITB. The Dog Parks should not have any right angles in shape. Landscaping six (6) trees planted in and around the Dog Park located at International Park. Eight (8’) foot clearance should be maintained around fence and amenities / structures. Large Rocks will be placed in the middle of each small and large dog sections (Parks and Recreation will provide). Bidder shall provide grading, irrigation and sod; Approximately twenty five thousand (25,000) sq. ft. at International Park. Approximately twenty thousand (20,000) sq. ft. at the Gerald Matthews Complex. 2% crown for proper draining grading, Bermuda sod (including installation), Irrigation should provide adequate coverage throughout the entire dog park area and must meet industry standards; and One (1) year warranty for all labor and parts for all material provided including Sod. . The successful Bidder shall give a Contract Bid Bond, Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, post a Bid Bond of five percent (5%) of the bid price, a Payment Bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price and a Performance Bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price, for the use of all persons doing work or furnishing skills, tools, machinery, or materials under or for the purpose of the resulting Contract, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Georgia state law. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
