Bidder shall furnish all things necessary to provide dog parks including, but not limited to labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, administrative cost (direct and indirect) and all effort necessary to perform and complete the specifications herein this ITB. The Dog Parks should not have any right angles in shape.Eight (8’) foot clearance should be maintained around fence and amenities / structures. Large Rocks will be placed in the middle of each small and large dog sections (Parks and Recreation will provide). Normal work hours are Monday – Saturday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m
