The North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts (NCAOC) is soliciting competitive bids to contract with a qualified vendor to provide a full service preventive maintenance and repairs contract on twenty-six (26) perimeter swinging doors as well as fourteen (14) interior stairway doors with card reader access located at the North Carolina Judicial Center, 901 Corporate Center Drive, Raleigh NC. The maintenance will include servicing of automatic handicap accessible door closures, locking mechanisms, crash bars, hinges and other related door hardware, periodic inspections, and on-call emergency repairs as needed. The service does not include overhead doors or emergency fire exits for they are already covered under separate contracts.
