The contractor will replace exterior steel frames and doors including all hardware at Elm Towers, Astor Dowdy Towers and Morehead Courts and power wash, seal and paint the exterior of Astor Dowdy Towers and Morehead Courts. The contractor will upgrade the interior at Astor Dowdy Towers to include: replace common interior doors; remove wall covering and paint common area interior ceilings, walls, and doors, and replace interior lighting in hallways. Depending on cost, the contractor will replace all doors and hardware. Neighboring Concepts will serve as the Contract Administrator for this work.
