A member of Procurement and the Project Manager will provide an overview of the work to be performed and answer questions. All interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend, as this will be the only opportunity to view the worksite with the Project Manager and Procurement Staff. Pre-Bid Submittals: Due by 12:00 p.m. local time, May 21, 2019. Refer to project specification section Submittals, 01 33 24 for mandatory pre-bid submittal requirements. Failure to provide all required submittals will result in rejection of bid. The list of pre-approved bidders for this project will be emailed to certified bidders no later than 5 p.m. on May 22, 2019.
