General Contractor to provide Construction services for Design-Bid-Build delivery model of Douglas Loop Upgrades (Road Asphalt Replacement). The selected contractor will be required to provide the College with a Lump Sum for the project. Scope will involve the removal of existing asphalt crosswalks, new asphalt, crosswalks, concrete curbs, ramps, truncated domes, striping, and relocation of utilities at the north end of campus.
