Replacement of Split Systems serving the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. Reuse of the existing 3rd floor split system to replace AHU/CU-1 located on the 1st floor. Replacement of boiler with service to entire building. Upgrade of AHU Controls system from pneumatic to DDC. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
