The Site of the Work is located at 1001 South Valley View Boulevard, within the Las Vegas Valley Water District Valley View Campus, APN 139-31-801-006, Clark County, Nevada and within the City of Las Vegas jurisdiction. The Work consists of the adding kitchenette with sink and icemaker facilities, reconfiguring existing computer/conference room, and upgrading existing drain plumbing on the southeast corner of the East Administration Building of the Las Vegas Valley Water District's main campus. The proposed improvements contain of the following: plumbing upgrades; electrical upgrades; data communication upgrades; lighting upgrades; fire system upgrade, new interior finishes including ceiling tiles, carpeting and painting of walls; removal of storage and office rooms. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
